Job Description: In-House or Partially Remote Call Center Agent
The answering service operator receives inbound calls for businesses that are closed or otherwise unable to accept calls. In this position, you will likely take messages for the business that hires you and provide callers with basic information, such as when the company’s office will re-open. Knowledgeable and dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in the industry or will to learn. Must be a solid team player with outgoing, positive demeanor and proven skills in establishing rapport with.
Job Duties:
- Greet callers in a friendly manner and transfer to proper location
- Answer callers’ questions (if possible) to avoid contacting off-duty staff
- Schedule cancel or confirm appointments during closed office hours
- Page doctors in case of emergency
- Take messages and record calls
- Ensured the privacy and confidentiality of all messages and information released or given
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals seeking a long-term investment with our Company, with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with computers, ability to type 45 wpm
- English and Bilingual language skills
- Availability to complete training in the Painesville, OH or Las Vegas, NV office
Job Types:
Full-time and Part-time positions available
Pay:
$12.00 – $14.50 per hour
